Current projects

Various projects are ordered on the following pages with the current ones first.

Several current projects that group with earlier themes include

  1. A paper with B. Cohen’s lab on expression from a yeast promoter library “Analysis of combinatorial cis-regulation in synthetic and genomic promoters”.

  2. A preprint, first presented at the 2004 CSHL Gene Regulation meeting with the Gaul Lab, Evolution of transcription control in the segmentation gene network of Drosophilia.pdf that was never resubmitted after the first try with Nature.  Has rich experimental information on module evolution between D.melanogaster and D.pseudoobscura with cases chosen by a computational screen.

The navigation tags are roughly in reverse chronological order, eg ‘Protein Trafficking’ is most ancient.
